  • 5. How does the design process work?

The first step to our design process is getting to know our client(s) and their business. It’s important to build rapport so that we can have long-term mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and know exactly how to support them. Afterwards, we discuss the desired services and come up with a creative solution. We then transition into the conceptualizing phase, providing sketches and drafts to our clients, so they can understand the vision we’re aiming for. Next the designs and any requested revisions are completed and delivered to the client as a presentation.
